Sprint has always been skilful for us. Long ago I had Nextel through Dart and it was cool using walkie-talkie thru work and some friends. I subsequently switched to T-mobile and was with them 14 years. Horrible Client Service but yet remained a customer. I got back with Sprint and was very happy. Nosotros have four lines and we have never had whatever problems, Until now. T-mobile has purchased Sprint. I've been dreading this change over and not wanting to install the new t-mobile sim card into my phone. I dread the customer service equally I call back. I have the 5g brandish on my phone now (Sprint) and my wife put the new T-mobile sim card into hers and at present displays 4g at the top. I just don't think I'k gonna be happy. I welcome any thoughts. Thanks

Splendid service-despite T Mobile merger. I have had dandy experience using the chat every bit well as speaking with people on a weekend. The convenience of making payment arrangements. I take been a long time customer with Sprint and they take helped me when I needed it nigh.

I feel that the client service representatives are very informative. They attempt to help you resolve the issue without whatsoever pressure level. I oasis't experienced a problem with the company. I call up I have been a customer for four years.

They have been very expert to me. Whenever I had a problem they helped me to fix it. If I need a extension on my payment they gave it to me and if my phone was broken they stock-still it. When I demand a new telephone they helped me get it.

In my time with Sprint the customer service has gotten worse and worse. I keep getting overcharged for things, randomly and inconsistently. If at that place are problems with my account it'due south hard to get proper information. Once I had to argue with customer service for 45 minutes that they had the wrong account pulled up. They kept trying to tell me I was paying on things I didn't own (specifically an Apple watch) and 1 upshot persisted for about 5 months costing me hundreds of dollars because the customer service kept giving me incorrect information. I don't know if this is done on purpose, but I suspect the company makes the account data difficult to read on purpose then that the users get incorrect information.

We are group of 10 subscribers since 2019. Calling Sprint customer service 888-211-4727 is nix less than a nightmare. I am planning to upgrade my phone device and called sprint more 3 times in terminal 3-4 days. Firstly, the agents are not fully-trained. They take a lot of fourth dimension to understand the inquire and to procedure. And so, generally the calls go over two hours and ultimately ends upwards getting disconnected for unknown reasons and no i cares to phone call back. This is absolutely pathetic client service over the phone. I just wasted my 6-vii hours in terminal few days. Very frustrating.

As longtime customers of Sprint nosotros thought switching to T-Mobile would exist a snap, unfortunately it turned in to one disappointing interaction after another. As we tried to switch they kept changing what phones and service we would get later on we had to switch our college freshman's telephone when it died the first week of classes every bit a unmarried line. When information technology became apparent T-mobile sprint was not able to procedure our transfer without gouging us at every plow we closed the account and ported to Verizon on September sixteen. In the process of trying to close the sprint/t-mobile business relationship they kept trying to offer "free Samsung watches" an extra telephone number in case nosotros wanted an extra line for our dwelling house... In all cases we refused the offers over the phone after hours of beingness transferred from department to section.

Turns out the complimentary watches they went ahead and ordered for us, the free ones simply toll $xv.00 each per month and after we ported to Verizon they created a new account for the free extra telephone number they went alee and stuck on our account. That telephone number without being connected to any phones or activated by us was set up up without our knowledge, they also attached insurance to the telephone that did not exists and started billing us through our auto pay. The new account was a ghost, we never received the usual eastward-mail notification of the bill, nor did we accept access to MySprint to see the account since it was based on a telephone number we had no knowledge of.

Afterwards contacting Sprint and existence told we would get credited and closing the faux phone line later on the 3rd time we were told that they finally closed the account, have never issued any refund connected with one concluding nib. They never sent the final bill to us, nor notified u.s.a. in whatever way and we did not know about the beak till nosotros were contacted by a collection bureau 2 months later. Dart substantially through this practice milked u.s. for $527.sixty due to deceptive practices by their employees acting in their ain interest. Sad that a major cell phone carrier has to operate as a scam.

Sprint messed upward my social club more than twice, their service has go trash. Not simply they canceled my start order after I paid for taxation, on the second time trying to reorder they sent me the wrong club, and now they want me to pay once more taxes on the device they were supposed to transport me the correct second fourth dimension, or their stance is for me to wait to get a kit to send them back the wrong device that may take 7 to ten concern days for them to put in their system, and then order for the third fourth dimension for a new device.

We had Sprint as our prison cell phone service for quite a few years. However, we ran into a problem when we had paid off our phones. They only showed that one was paid off, even though we sent in money to pay off both. They cannot find the payment anywhere. This had become such a hot issue that we left Sprint/T-Mobile when we moved out of country. Now they have submitted a bill via debt collector. This is very poor service and is utterly ridiculous.
